A new requirement in our Code of Governance for boards to be accountable to their tenants and residents. 2. 19. 19. My three top tips 1. Link to your purpose – if it’s not contributing to your outcomes, it won’t work 2. There is no silver bullet – requires board ownership, involve others in creating the plan, recognise the cultural as well as structure/ process change 3. Be clear on oversight - show how you are being held to account, report progress, welcome scrutiny (ideally independent) and challenge, share the good and not so good news @cfpscrutiny/ @jacquimck
