Each domain is assessed at program entry and quarterly thereafter to track incremental changes Domain Theme Employment From no work history or job skills to employment on job for more than one year and includes measurable job growth Basic Life Skills From no support system to handle the everyday problems of life to a support system without public benefits in which the customer also provides support for others Income Management From inability to pay bills for basic living expenses to maintaining a budget that manages credit and includes savings and asset accumulation Health From no access to health care for family members to ability to access and afford health care for family members

Domain Theme Housing From homeless to ability to afford ideal housing of choice (usually homeownership Education From less than high school education and difficulty with reading, writing and basic math skills to formal education with college degree Income From little or no income to annual income that exceeds 200% of the National Poverty Guideline for family size Nutrition From food insecurity (absence of food/missing meals) to ability to afford nutritious food of choice without help of a food subsidy Parental Support From the absence of a Father and/or a Mother from the home who has/have no contact with the child and who provide no support to a Father and Mother who cooperate together to provide consistent, adequate financial and emotional support for the child
