I was working as an expeditor at Dicotech Qatar for 1 month.
Being an Expeditor I visited different client in the construction industry for payment collection after the due date.
I was updating the database for day-to-day collections after the official visit.
Part of my responsibility was working closely with accountant and finance manager to ensure smooth transactions in the company.
Feed backing the Finance manager about the clients and deciding the continuation of relations in the future based on their following of
payment terms and conditions.

Bin Ashraf Trading is the leading name in the leather garments industry, where it manufactures and exports genuine
leather garments for men and women to different countries like Russia, EU, USA, Africa and Middle East. The company
has its own manufacturing plant in Karachi, Pakistan and Istanbul, Turkey with the operation of five different
branches here in the UAE. They are successfully operating here from the last 25 years making a long chain of
customers across the globe. The Industry solely depends on the vast marketing and proactive strategies for its
continuousgrowth.
Responsibility:
I have joined the company in 2011 as sales executive, where I acted as representative of the company by selling products in
the showroom and in exhibitions. Later on in 2013 I was promoted to the position of business coordinator along with the
activities of a Sales Executive. My responsibilities were as following,
 As a Business Coordinator, I was directly reporting to the Manager of the company.
 I was operating the office work, supervising work activities in the organization, marketing brand of the company in events.
