Retained by Tyson after working for the construction companies that built the production
facility and the feed mill. Worked on all electrical systems for the complex including the
hatchery. The Obion County Complex produces processed foods for one ofthe largest fast food
companies in the world.It is one ofthe most technically advanced facilities of its kind. Two
years ago I movedto the PSM coordinator/Planner position for the Refrigeration department. I
am responsible for schedule planning for the refrigeration technicians,ordering parts,
scheduling repairs, coordinating with contractors. As PSM(Process Safety Manager)
coordinator I oversee the implementation ofthe 14 steps to safe operations and documentation
of the Ammonia Refrigeration system. They include Employee participation,Training, SOP’s
(standard operation procedures), and required PM’s.

Installed, maintained, repairedand tested productionequipment which included x-
rays, metal detectors, water jet cutters, automatedpackaging equipment, fryers, spiral
