Our target is not only make profit but also make a big potential market for the mushroom. We want to make us as an example for the other people who are unemployed. So by this business we want to remove the darkness of unemployment problem. <br />
Mushroom<br />A mushroom is the fleshy, spore-bearing fruiting body of a fungus, typically produced above ground on soil or on its food source. <br />
HISTORY<br />Mushroom cultivation starts in Bangladesh from 1979 with the help of Japanese organization JOCDV. <br />In 2003 government introduce a mushroom development project under agriculture extension department.<br />
Market size:<br />Mushroom market of<br />Bangladesh is very small and<br /> not much matured. At present <br />the number of Customers are<br /> within 70000 to 90000. <br />Sylhet<br />Rajshahi <br />Dhaka<br />Chittagong<br />Khulna<br />They are of mainly high level and mid level<br />Barisal<br />Generally mushrooms are consumed within the cities.<br />
Targeted customers:<br />Big supplier who supply their product to the hotels, restaurants and departmental shops. <br />Local supplier who sell their product door to door and some times to the local market.<br />Agro based product producer. <br />
Market characteristics :<br />1. Number of lower level customer is higher than Mid and high level customer.<br />2.Traditional food lover customers <br />
3. Customers are unconscious about their health. <br />4.Consumers are price sensitive. <br />

3.Within years we will produce new types of mushroom.<br />4.Within 5 years we will start mushroom based product production farm to diversify our business.<br />
