quality and resource inventory, investigation and process development.
Prepared technical proposals including overhaul of light rail cars in rebuilding the Factory
Acceptance Training (FAT) and maintenance program. Proposed methods and procedures for
static and dynamic testing and troubleshooting. Developed technical proposal for San
Francisco Municipal Transportation Authority (SFMTA) light rail fleet capital equipment overhaul
within 3 months for $23M+ budget including cost, procurement, risk management, and
deliverable action plans. Directly involved in preparing technical proposal for Municipal
Transportation Authority (MTA), including overhaul of Light rail cars. Experience in rebuilding
FAT (Factory acceptance) training and maintenance program, as well as traction motor, brakes,

LRV, Metro buses and freight trucks. Transit authorities, such as MARTA, CALTRAN and
MACK truck, Volvo Truck plants and service fleet. Involved in equipment design and integration,
concept prototypes, design, draft and mock-up. Analyzed vibration noise, electrical systems,
cooling systems, exhaust emissions, fuel consumption, diesel engine maintenance, turbine
safety, and warranty acceptance.
Perform expansion and overhauling projects, evaluating necessary and business case including
costing and profit managing for returns, risk assessment and risk mitigation plans. Equipment
consist of 200 HP Electric motor coupled to the Hydraulic turbine for applying braking power of
up to 2MW of load. Turbine spins regulation from 1200 - 4000 RPM at 27”/sec -54”/Sec and
turbine speed can be controlled by Allen Bradley PLC, SLC 5, 2000, 500, Computer controlled
