RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Review Plans & Drawings in accordance with specification, code and standards.
 As per International & Saudi Aramco Standards, Specification, Instrument Calibration
Method of Statement & as per approved project drawings supervised, Inspected &
witnessed calibration workshop, Instrument cable duct bank, cable pulling from PIB’S to
Junction boxes and Junction boxes to fields instruments, Inside Plant.

2.  Involved in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) & SAT (Site Acceptance Test) activities.
 Inspectionand witness of Cable Megger & continuity test before termination cable & then
cable termination check, to verify exact termination point of each cable core as per
approved wiring drawing, core maker & tightness of cable.
 Inspected and witnessed installation and mounting of Marshalling Panels, Junction Boxes,
instrument devices such as level, Temperature transmitters, Flow Transmitters, Pressure
Transmitters,Control valves& switches of all parameters like pressure, level, temperature
flow.
 Worked for loop checking, interlock check, P&ID, ILD, Data sheet.
 Prepared Punch list for the activities carried out by construction group.
 To verify the latest revision of the Issued For Construction (IFC) drawings as per the
Engineering drawing register.
 Verify the Controlledcopyof the latest Project Specifications, approval of the Inspection &
Test plans (ITP’S) , Quality Control Procedures (QCP’S) etc. prior to start up of the work.
 Termination and Installation of Cable & Conduit.
 Support Fabrication of Instrument and Electrical Equipments.
Alignment of Panel, Marshalling Boxes, Mounting of Instrument devices
Such as: Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature Transmitter, Pressure Switches and
Temperature Switches, Cable Pulling from control room to JB’S then JB’S to field

 Prepare the Instrument Loop Packages with IFC drawings.
 Installation Inspection and functional test of ESD, DCS with vendor.
 Preparing as Build Drawing. Works with vendor technical representatives to resolve
equipment technical Problems.
 Overall responsible for commissioning and pre commissioning activities of all field
