  1. Assalamu alaikum Thank you for joining me here this afternoon I am Moshiur Rahman I am here today to talk to you about >>>>>>>>> Herzberg's two factors theory of motivation
  2. 2.The theory state that motivation come from nature of job itself. 3. In the 1950s Herzberg conducted a study of need satisfaction of 200 Engineers and find out what people want and what motivates them.
  3. Hygienic factor also called maintenance factors.
  4. Hygienic factor are essential to avoiding job dissatisfaction so its need to be present for ensure a reasonable job satisfaction, But it can’t motivated people. they Include.
  5. Salary should be appropriate and reasonable its must be equal and competitive to the other employees.
  6. The organization must provide job security, its create a great dissatisfaction if employees afraid to dismissed.
  7. working condition should be set, clean, and hygienic
  8. company policy should be fair and clear. They should be include flexible working hours, breaks and vacation
  9. Management must be set the direction of the company otherwise the employee will be uncertain
  10. Personal life affect in employee attitudes, its should be offered health care plan benefits for the family member
  11. The employee status within the organization should be recognized and maintained.
  12. Company need to provide a fresh environment.
  13. These factor contribute a great deal to satisfaction in the workplace
  14. the employee have a sense of achievement the employee must have the opportunity to accomplish a difficult job successful.
  15. the employee should be praised and recognized for their manager or their colleagues in the group.
  16. many employees want to make a career at work therefore there must be advancement opportunities in the organization
  17. there must be growth opportunities in an organization to motivated employees to perform well
  18. employee must hold themselves responcible for their work their manager should give them ownership of their work
  19. The work itself should be meaningful interesting and challenging for the employee to ensure they perform and are motivated
  20. Extra money always motivated a job holder. So the organization need to give bonus with the salary in a reasonable time
