Theme: GRAMMAR: SIMPLE PRESENT
Focus: USO OF SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE
Aims: 1. To understand the correct how to identified and use Simple Present
2. To answer correctly many exercise related to Simple Present
Level: Begging students.(6ª SÉRIE DO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL)
Material: data-show and computers.
Time: 50minutes English class. (two classes at state school)
Procedure
1) Lead in (5 min.)show a video where a couple student use the Simple Present.
Goal: To teach the students how to identified Simples Present and use it
correctly in common situations.
How: Showing videos,games,examples(oral and writing)I different ways ,and
some oral questions working with real situations ,using for examples their lives .
2) Presentation (20 min): at first, explain what SIMPLE PRESNT IS.AFTER, give
for the student a paper where them can read about the subject. AFTER. Practice
(10 min): the students have to listen to the audio again and try to choose the
right picture correspondent to that audio; it’ll be between 4 pictures, only one is
correct.
2. 3) Production (30 min): goes with the students to the lab show them the site(s)
where their can see/read/understand real videos and text with people practicing
the SIMPLE PRESENT.
4) To the end:Play/listen a music www.kboing.com;br where the student will
see how the SIMPLE PRESENT IS USED IN A FUN WAY.
