Athlete Relationships& Communication:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with
high profile professional tennis athletes,
youth/amateur athletes, coaches, sports agents,
teams and federations. Serve as the primary
conduit between Nike’s Tennis Sports Marketing
business assets and inter-company divisions such as
Brand Marketing, Design, Product Management
and Development, Sales and PR/Communications.
Global Event Planning: Manage Global Athlete
Hospitality and Product Distribution at major
sporting events: Wimbledon, US Open, French
Open, and Australian Open. Execution of marketing
strategy for event on-site athlete product
distribution and consumer sales including venue set
up/ tear down, product selection and order
processing, delivery scheduling, floor
merchandising and event staffing. Proficient in
international shipping, customs document creation
& shipment clearing.
Brand Marketing: Collaborate with Product
Design & Development teams to resolve athlete
product performance and aesthetic issues and to
facilitate athlete feedback for future product
creation and innovation. Serve as the athlete
representative for internal and external (other
sponsors, media) managed athlete relations for
photo/commercial shoots, digital media and social
network communications and Brand Initiatives.

Contract Compliance: Partnered with internal
Legal and Product creation teams to identify, track
and report athlete royalty bearing products.
Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Sales on
athlete appearance requests within contract terms.
Set up and monitor athlete merchandise accounts
based on endorsement agreements. Facilitate the
approval of athlete imagery requests between
athletes and internal teams.
Product Buy ProcessManagement: Administer
global athlete product buy process for multi-
seasonal, cross-categorical product deliveries.
Responsibilities include product line selection,
forecasting, budgeting, style drops/adds and system
readiness. Partner with Global Promo Apparel team
on custom product creation for elite athletes in high
level sporting events includingbranding guidelines
for Olympics and International federations, product
construction, materials, fit and athlete approvals.
Inventory& Budget Management: Inventory
tracking includingordering and monitoring product
usage throughout the season and working within
budgetary guidelines for product and shipping
expenditures.
