1. Building 50 Years of Recruiting Excellence
GOLDEN VALLEY, MN
We put down our roots, opening
our first office in Golden Valley,
MN with just three recruiters.
The year it all began.
Owen Masterson founded Masterson Personnel.
Dan Masterson (our current
CEO) came on board, continuing
our family’s legacy.
Greg Masterson (our current CEO) joined
the team, cementing our company as a
family owned and operated business.
As sales grew, we expanded into
Bloomington, MN to service key customers.
As a company, we decided to focus our
contributions through annual donations to select
charitable organizations, including the Alzheimer’s
Foundation of America, St. Jude’s Children’s
Research Hospital, and the American Cancer Society.
We opened our first branch outside of
Minnesota, expanding into Michigan
to meet customer requests.
We booted up our first computer system.
We celebrated the millennium as a 32-year-old
business. The new millennium brought a lot of
excitement throughout our offices.
The third generation of the Masterson family
started getting more involved in the business.
50th Year Anniversary!
To date, we’ve placed thousands of skilled
workers in meaningful roles, and serve a
multitude of industries. We are proud
of our experienced leaders, some
of whom have been with us
for over 30 years.
We expanded into the great dairy state of
Wisconsin at the request of key customers
and created a state-wide operation with
multiple branches.
We opened our first branch in
Iowa to expand our recruiting
presence in the Midwest.
Masterson Personnel is rebranded to
Masterson Staffing Solutions, including a
new logo, voice, mission, and more.
We launched our new website, giving
Masterson Staffing Solutions a new,
cutting-edge look, intuitive user experience,
and an easy to use job seeker portal.
