 Conducting Pre survey works together with the sub contractor and transfer the benchmark to various
location in the project site.
 Fixing of Ship-un loader Rail Fixtures, Fender, Bollard, etc.
 Checking the Running account bills and Escalation bills submitted by the sub contractor.

Project : Construction of OSV/PSV Berth no-9 (220m X22m) and Extension of Berth no-1
(30mX21m)
Project cost : 30 Cr
Responsibility:
 Complete the preconstruction activity with Survey and handing over the site to the sub contractor,
 Substantiate the work execution by the sub contractor with approved GFC drawing,
 Substantiate quality of the work execution by the sub contractor to meet IS standard,
 Evaluating quantities of Berth and related works ,
 Execution of Dredging at rear side and below the berth and Rock filling from (-) 6.00 m CD to (+) 2.00 m
CD with back filling.
 Substantiate of all marine inserts and fixtures during the concreting and after the concrete respectively
by the sub contractor.
 Reconciliation of all materials like steel, MS Plate etc. supplied to the sub contractor at end of every
month and also the completion of project.
 Preparing and checking of RA bills for all marine and civil works.
