is now available to guide the

licensed in May,2010.

are pending approvals from
the CBN while the Mobile
Network operators are not
favored in the scheme. The
independents will have to
compete with the Financial
institutions for a share of the
pie. Average start up capital
requirement for independent
Mobile Money is in excess of
1.5 million USD.
