4. Mailroom Services
Incoming packages are logged and sorted, then hand delivered to the
consignee.
Our software interacts directly with major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL
and the USPS. Once logged into our integrated system; a complete chain
of custody, from the shipper to the consignee is accessible.
Outgoing mail, including postal bins, are hand delivered to the local Post
Office, courier packages and motor deliveries are handled by City
Expeditor Inc. , a partner with thirty years experience in NYC. City
Expeditor has the best on-time percentage in the industry and provides
real time GPS tracking and applies a standard 15% discount for our clients.
5. Recruitment
Ask about our Incentives for Excellence Program & our participation with intern
programs at Baruch College; NYU; The New School; Fordham and Columbia
Universities. Interns provide excellent replacement staff, particularly when placed in
their field of study. Interns comprise half of our ‘Contingency Assets’, trained to fill
multiple job functions at short notice. With SAS, being short-staffed is just a memory.
Technology is important, but ancillary, our people are our edge and our pride! Our
interview process involves a carefully structured series of interviews and aptitude tests.
Your HR department is filling critical positions. That leaves little time for a robust
hiring process for support staff. We, however, recruit and hire only support staff,

6. Have proprietary software? Does your staff utilize uncommon software? If your answer is
yes, we can very substantially reduce your costs. With a pristine copy of your software, we
will build a Virtual Machine for training new staff for placement. We start by installing the
same operating system and all the same applications as the original. Next we insure that
the Internet connection operates at the same bandwidth, with the same RAM memory
available. So even the behavior of the system is replicated. When configured, down even to
the same desktop picture: the training PC is indistinguishable from the workstation that
will be used by any new staff member.
The difference is: they trained on our payroll, not yours! Factor in the production time
saved with your staff needing only a fraction of the time to complete the training. Beyond
the ‘one-on-one’ training with our instructors, VPN access to these training servers allow
job candidates to continue to train from any web-enabled device. We will provide video
reports from our screen recording software, which records every action and keystroke
allowing you to track the progress, and ultimately the suitability, of any job candidate.

9. Monitoring Your Account
We maintain a detailed profile of your instructions and our methods to insure they
are followed completely. At least two managers are responsible for your account.
For simplicity and clarity one manager is your point of contact. That manager is
responsible to insure we respond quickly to any requests or concerns and to
inform the rest of his team of any changes.
Twice monthly a report is generated with special emphasis on any areas of concern
or any changes. The report includes an optional survey to provide us with
feedback on anything that might need to be addressed. Getting a contract isn’t the
point we slow down and relax. It’s the point where we get into high gear and
