INTRODUCTION
Description:
SocialMeds is derived from two words “Social” which represents social media and “Medicine”. The logo
shows three characters with a pulse line cutting through them. We analyze a company‟s social media
presence and performance, listen to their goals and direction intended then draw up a proposal which acts
2. similar to a medical prescription but for social media. We are the doctors of social media. As a Kenyan
based services firm, we offer professional Social Media Services to assist your Company/Entity to get the
most out of the SM (Social Media) space. We are on Facebook as “SocialMeds East Africa” and
Twitter/Instagram as: “@SocialMedsEA”.
SocialMeds is currently a team of 10 dedicated young men and women with Samuel Kung‟u and Michael
Mutooni as Managing Partners.
What we do:
• Create new social media accounts (FB, Twitter, Instagram) if they were non-existent or
• Take over existing Social Media platforms
• Manage your content based on your values, goals and campaign strategy
• Monitor customer feedback
• Answer customer queries
• Help your business maintain its current clients and
• Attract new business due to constant client engagement via social media
Our intended overall effect is to:
• Build customer loyalty by constant engagement
• Increase chances of repeat purchases/sales to the same customers
• Increase likelihood of referrals to your business/entity
In addition to the above, our relatively large team allows us to be able to:
• Live-tweet at an event
• Drive a product or a hashtag online through our numerous personal profiles
• Push trends on twitter for clients at a fee (dependent on time and duration of trend)
• Live advertising at events: this involves having 3 or more of our team members wearing branded
T-shirts showing audience at a live event the hashtag of the day (to increase interactions)
• Team-management of client profiles: we are able to assign a team of two or more people to a
client‟s social media platforms to ensure maximum service delivery

We don‟t do common „events‟; we curate luxury brand experiences. Desirable,
interactive, always with a purpose, our experiential activity is designed to deliver
