3. Gerakan nasional literasi digital merupakan
suatu bentuk kemampuan untuk menggunakan
media digital, alat-alat komunikasi, atau
menggunakan jaringan dalam menemukan, dan
memanfaatkannya secara sehat, bijak, cerdas,
cermat, tepat, dan patuh hukum dalam
rangka membina komunikasi dan interaksi
dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

4. Literasi digital adalah bentuk dari suatu informasi yang dibuat
oleh pemerintah untuk dapat mengembangkan kemampuan
masyarakat dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi dan
komunikasi yang ada di zaman sekarang. Penguasaan teknologi
sangat diharapkan bisa meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat
untuk menggunakan teknologi, terutama yang berbasis internet
ini dengan lebih optimal. Dan juga penciptaan literasi digital ini
juga dilakukan untuk menciptakan aturan dan batasan terhadap
perilaku dalam menggunakan teknologi, seperti tanggung jawab
terhadap pencarian informasi. Manfaat dari literasi digital
sangat banyak yaitu seperti dengan adanya literasi digital dapat
menimbulkan manfaat berupa masyarakat bisa mencari barang
konsumsi dengan harga yang lebih murah di internet.
