• Complimentary MetaStock product subscriptions may be
offered by partners at no cost to the partner or their clients.

5. MetaStock Partnerships – Brokers
Collaboration
• Partners may offer MetaStock products to their clients with
special promotional pricing and offers.
 MetaStock will create custom landing pages to which a partner may
refer/link their clients.
 Each landing page will have its own promotional offer. (Free Trial, 3
months for the price of 1 month, Price Discounts, Free Books etc…)
 The special offers and pricing are not available to customers through
www.metastock.com.

MetaStock Referral Partner
• MetaStock Referral Partners receive a recurring monthly 25%
royalty for the lifetime of MetaStock subscription products.
• MetaStock Referral Partners receive a one-time 15% royalty
for MetaStock “once-off” products.
• MetaStock Referral Partners are not required to maintain an
inventory or meet revenue quotas.
• MetaStock Referral Partners are provided special promotional
offers and pricing which are not available to customers
through www.metastock.com

7. MetaStock Partnerships – Brokers
MetaStock Dealer
• MetaStock Dealers may purchase MetaStock “once-off”
products for resale at a 40% discount.
• MetaStock Dealers determine their own resale price.
• MetaStock Dealers receive a recurring monthly 25% royalty
for the lifetime of MetaStock subscription products.
• MetaStock Dealers are not required to maintain an inventory
or meet revenue quotas.
– There is a minimum order requirement for the MetaStock Dealer’s first
order only.
