Ensure that all documents needed for Certification & Accreditation process are complete and
grammatical. Work with Security Analysts to ensure that all information is correct and properly
presented.
Accomplishment: Created Glossaries for each document, ensuring that all acronyms and brevity
codes are identified and defined.
Wells Fargo Home Mortgage
PROJECT COORDINATOR 2013 TO 2014
Implemented letter update process. Each project could involve anywhere from 1 to over 100
letters. Assisted in revision of letters to ensure conformance with new requirements regulations.
Followed letters through entire revision process, and uploaded completed letters to SharePoint
letter inventory.
Accomplishment: Ensured that new letters for one project were not lost in process refresh, but
were available to move to production.
Metrica, Inc.
PROPOSAL COORDINATOR 2006 to 2013
Provided support during the proposal creation process, including drafting content for
government proposals, facilitating the collaborative review process, compilation of all applicable
documents, and production of the overall documents that adhered to instructions and was
suitable for submission. Assisted in setting up cost document, ensuring all numbers and
formulas were correct and were propagating properly, as well as providing feedback on staffing
needs. Ensured that all follow-up queries and details were handled properly and on-time.
Responsible for creating and rewriting proposal sections, as well as technical editing of
complete proposal. Worked with various graphic programs (Adobe, CorelDraw) to produce

Application Development & Support Contract (ADSC) with NASA/Johnson Space Center (JSC)
Produced project documentation, including the requirements and design documents, and
assisted with collection and analysis of project requirements. In tandem with technical team, met
with SMEs to elicit application requirements. Assisted the technical team with all aspects of
project documentation and project management. Assisted the Team Leads with keeping the
projects on time. Revised document templates, ensuring accuracy and completion of necessary
information. Created user manuals as required.
Accomplishment: Worked on two software applications that won awards within NASA/JSC, one
of which is under consideration for Center-wide use. One application has also been nominated
for an award within NASA/HQ.

Using Microsoft Access, helped create, and maintained, Software Issue Tracking database of
software procured for, and deployed to, worldwide military health system. Responsible for
verifying and maintaining customer information tables, and creating specialized identifiers.
Accomplishment: Untangled and updated software issue information to populate software issue
tracking database.
MEPRS SUPPORT 1999
Medical Expense Performance Reporting Systems (MEPRS) Program Office, U.S. Army
Provided support as needed. Using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and BusinessObjects, created
and disseminated weekly status report to worldwide constituents.
Accomplishment: Led preliminary design effort of a targeted web discussion board for
collaboration of MEPRS personnel worldwide.
