5. BY LAWS - GROUP HOUSING
➢D e v e l o p m e n t of group housing will b e u n d e r provision of m a s t e r plan,
e n c l a v e d e v e l o p m e n t pl an a n d l ayout plan.
➢M i n i m u m a r e a of plot will b e 2000sq.M
L a n d proposed f or group housing will b e located a t 12m w i d e exiting road, but t he
distance of t he plot f r o m 18m (or ab ove) w i d e r o a d will not b e m o r e t h a n 100m.
➢Stilt floor will b e p e r m i t t e d f or t he purpose of p a r k i n g in group housing
buildings, height of w h i c h of w h i c h b e 2.1m u p to the b e a m .
➢If stilt floor is used f or purpose ot her t h a n p a r k i n g t hen it will b e counted in FA R
➢P a r k a n d open a r e a will b e p ro v i d e d a t t he r a t e of 1.0sq.M. P e r person o r 15% of
