Lead Mechanical/Piping Engineer for multiple projects ranging $1M to $3MM
Notable Project: A full resurrection project of a mothballed plant to allow research,development,
scale-up, and large field sample campaigns for the agriculture science department. Over 140
pieces of mechanical equipment and 200 pipe lines installed.
Collaborated with US and Saudi Arabian employees to leverage technology and ensure
compliance of equipment for new site in Saudi Arabia. Analyzed the spare parts strategy to best
prepare the new site with necessary equipment. Reviewed purchase orders to avoid overpaying
for equipment and to verify correct technology. Cut cost by 50% on an order of 24 pumps.
Earned Green Belt Project Leader certification by studying and applying MAIC Six Sigma
methodology under supervision of a Master Black Belt
Assisted the EH&S team by co-leading an ergonomics Six Sigma Project, and managing a blade
safety/identification project
DOW STEM Ambassador Steering Team Lead: A volunteer group for STEM Education
Coordinated the start of a FIRST Robotics Team for Midland High School and mentored the
students on a weekly basis
