  5. 5. TERRY TOWEL  A terry towel is a textile product which is made with loop pile on one or both side generally covering the entire surface or forming strips, checks or other patterns. Special type of weaving technique is required for terry towel manufacturing.  Fiber used in terry towel have to high absorbency, high wet strength, ability to dye well, good color fastness, wash ability and softness.  Fiber are three types of yarns used in terry towel the ground warp yarn, the weft yarn and pile yarn.

  26. 26. CUTTING SECTION This is the 1st part of Quality control section of Noman terry towel Industry. After dyeing towels are received from washing & dyeing section by cutting section. Then towel roll are cutting to warp way separation is done manually by using knife,
  27. 27. RIBBON -SHORT CUTTING - SEWINGRibbon :In ribbon section hare tow long sides are stitched by ribbon. Short cutting :Up next, comes the short cutting section. Here small pieces of towels are separated from a large piece by cutting with a scissor. Sewing :Then by using over lock m/c the 4 selvedges of the small towels are sewn. Levels are attached in sewing section.

  29. 29. Grading :In grading section the towels are graded to A/B/C/D category. In Line Inspection :Then the towels are sent to the special QC for further quality check up. This is the last inspection of towel fabric.
  30. 30. FOLDING & PACKING Folding & packing are the last part of the terry towel production... Folding pattern/way noted by byers. Before packing folding towels are passes by metal detector machine to ensure there have no harmful element .
  31. 31. 70 Tons of Terry per day 25 Ton Yarn Dyed Capacity 5,000,000 pieces / 120 containers (40ft) per month
