Negatives
Snacking regular on bad foods can
effect health as they are more likely to
become overweight/obese and higher
chance of health implications.
Shift patterns no time for food? Cause
underweight/ malnourished? Say how
effects their health?
Snacking after 9pm. Your better is
ready for bed so your metabolism (that
burns your food off) slows down so when
ever you eat after 9pm your body wont
burn the food so it will be stored as fat.

Drinking on an empty stomach
• Alcohol gets stored as fat
• Can effect your organs
• Effect ability and functions of the
body.

2- Have low income but still buys healthy food choices.

Having to follow policies of food in schools and care home will change their diet as
they will have to eat the same as the policy says.

Not replacing the food group with alternatives can cause malnutrition.
Eliminating diary products (High in calcium)= Not replacing calcium rich foods
causing deficiency in calcium.
Nuts= Not having other sauces of protein can cause deficiency.
