From the beginning of his real estate career, Matt has had a singular
focus on making sure his clients make the most educated decision
possible. Real estate transactions, with more data available than ever
before, is no longer a mysterious process, at least, it shouldn’t be!
Although Matt has helped many people out of difficult situations over
the years, what he is most proud of is giving his customers the
information so that they are “experts” in the selling of their own home,
and don’t have to rely on gut feel for what works, what doesn’t work,

from Vanderbilt University. He has lived in Metrowest since 1976. He

Together, we will review the condition of your home and discuss any
potential “deal killers” that are likely to come up at inspection.
Although I am not a home inspector, I have become very good at
seeing a home through their eyes and can often help you understand
how many issues will be framed by the buyer during the purchase
process.
Discovering and repairing problems early in the marketing process
places you in control, eliminating the stress of making repairs on the
buyer’s schedule. Having your house in move-in condition also helps
you avoid delays in closing and demonstrates to buyers, agents and
the buyer’s home inspector that your house has been very well
maintained. We want buyers to focus on how they would live in your
home - not what they would have to repair.
Additionally, your house will stand out from the competition as a
better value and command a higher price.
If required, I will also recommend trustworthy, professional
contractors to address any repairs that are needed. We focus on
repairs that are likely to have the biggest impact on your sale price..

Once we have had your home inspected and made the necessary
repairs we will focus on presentation. You will only get one
opportunity to make a positive first impression with potential buyers.
Well staged homes look better, photograph better, show better and
sell faster than non-staged homes.
I partner with experienced, professional stagers, who tackle projects
big and small. We will discuss if your home is a good candidate for
staging, and what the next steps there might be.
