RECYCLE HERE, RECYCLE THERE
Recycle here, recycle there,
I want to recycle everywhere!
It’s not so hard - I’ll teach you how,
You’d better hurry ’cause we need to start now!
Take used paper, plastic and metal,
Put them in a bin and let it settle.
Later in the day a truck will come,
Pick up the stuff and hey you’re done!
Now they’ll be used to make new things,
Like hoses, trucks and plastic rings!
Mother Earth is always there for you,
But sometimes big planets need help too!
Recycle here, Recycle there,
Earth needs our help - it’s only fair.

After the example is given. Create 3 groups of participants and give them big paper and markers. They have to create as many words using the letters of the given words. Give the labels with the following words: 1. Waste management, 2. biodiversity, and 3. sustainability. Have the groups visit the other stations and circle the words they recognize. Ask one participant per group to read the words aloud.
Ask teachers to form a two lines, one in front of the other (facing a participant). Ask them to step forward if their answer is yes, and to step back if it is NO.
Practice with these examples: 1) January is very COLD in Galápagos?, 2) The capital of Galapagos is SAN CRISTOBAL, 3) Do you practice sports? 4) Are you a teacher?, 5) Do you teach children? Now ask them if.
Do you have toys in your classroom?
Do you use blocks to teach English?
Do you use worksheets with your students?
Do you use Flashcards in class?
Do you have access to online games in your school?
Do you create crafts with recycled materials?
Do you make foldables with your students?
1. Do you use English songs in class?
2. Do you use poems?
3. Do you tell stories in class?
After they have talked to each other, ask them to go back to their seats and then call a volunteer to share their ideas.
Finally, elicit ideas about the things teachers consider when they select/ create teaching materials in EFL?
The three teams will have a paper bag with the vocabulary words for the activity.
Descriptions: 1) It’s a question to refer to people, 2) the material used to make windows, TV and phone screens; 3) It’s a container for liquids; 4) They are school supplies to color and decorate; 5) Question used to know the part of the day, the hour, the month, the year. 6) Question used to know places; locations, sites, 7) question used to know the reasons or causes; The material to create books, newspapers, magazines
When you hear your R, change seats, the last person to find a place will give an idea on how to recycle at home, in the school, or in the town.
