 Supports the Costing Process in the factory
o Executes the budget process in the factory by providing the total cost of
production projections from raw and packaging material usage to conversion cost
through application of appropriate cost drivers and allocation keys based on
Nestle Costing Standards. Prepares various reports, challenge factory physical
standards (capacity, usages and losses: materials, labor and energy), review and
validate the factory fixed overhead budget.
o Ensures timely reconciliation and submission of various reports eg. Stock Cover,
TCOP, Non-quality Cost and Variance reports.
o Analyses variances and define & follow-up corrective actions. Apply appropriate
problem solving tools as necessary to identify root causes of operational
problems
 Building a Compliance culture
o Implements all applicable legal requirements, Nestlé policies, guidelines,
standards, as well as the relevant guidelines and GLOBe Best Practices in the
department.
o Runs physical control of inventories like participation in monthly inventory taking
(RM, PM, SFG, FG and Technical Materials). Ensure & monitor full
documentation of monthly adjustments in stocks of Production, Warehouse, and
