3. I. PRAYING IN THE WILL OF GOD
If you are “in Christ” the Holy Ghost is “in you”
and you have the authority to pray.

4. II. PRAYING IN THE WORD OF GOD
Praying in the Holy Ghost means praying for
the things that matter to the Lord.

5. III. PRAYING IN THE WEIGHT OF GOD
We think fervent as being excited.
I think it might be appropriate to think of
fervent as being persistent and importunate.
But the word has more to do with power and
work.

6. CONCLUSION
 No Christian ought to be afraid to pray lest his
prayers not be in the Holy Ghost.
 However, neither should any of us take it for granted
that our prayers are in the Holy Ghost.
 The Bible tells us to do it, so we must be able to pray
in the Holy Ghost and
 The Bible tells us to do it, so it’s likely that not all
praying is in the Holy Ghost.
