If you cannot find students in your grade book, this may be your problem. Find out how to mark the associated periods in your grade book.

2. Why?
What is looks like if you don’t:
If you have not marked the associated
period, you will not be able to see
students or add students.
By marking the associated period in
the set up of the grade book, you are
directing Aeries to the group of
students you need.

3. Go to GRADEBOOK
MAINTENANCE
Then EDIT
GRADEBOOK
Make sure the
NUBMERS MACTCH
For Elementary grades,
the number will be a 1.
For grades using
periods, the number
will be the period.
