About Us
Who We Are
We’re a company that is dedicated to measuring and improving workplace
culture using employee recognition and strengths development tools. Our goal
is to awaken the unique culture of elite organizations around the world.
We were founded in 2018 and have offices in Aix-en-Provence, London, and
Canada.
A group of positive individuals came together to create a start up in the
beautiful South of France. They had a dream of improving culture in the
workplace of the biggest companies in the world. That dream became a reality
in 2022 after many years of development and consultation with hundreds of
amazing companies and individuals.
Our product is backed by science and was the basis of a study by UQAM and
LUND University. The study went on to report that Listen Léon testers have
higher levels of job satisfaction, intrinsic motivation, and psychological well-
being than the control group.

What is culture?
Workplace culture is an organic, living, breathing entity that develops within
your organization. You cannot see it, but you can certainly feel it.
Your culture is what shapes the people within your business. Their attitude,
motivation, productivity, and output. Leaders within most organizations believe
they already have a great culture within their workplace. Only when it’s
measured accurately and anonymously can we truly understand what our
