We are approximately 2 km
from the village of Esporles
(Mallorca), which can be reached
by car in 5 minutes or 15-20
minutes walking.
Our farm is located in an area
surrounded by mountains, facing
south-east and sunny all day.
Both sunrise and sunset are
impressive... Find many special
corners to discover both on the
farm and around of these places
easily accessible, even with
children, whether we like hiking.
We are in the Tramuntana
Serra, World Heritage Site by
Unesco.

absolute tranquility taking in
turn, very close and near in
the village of Esporles and in
the city of Palma with all the

each other, but completely
independent. The main house
is recently built and the guest
house was restored in 2003.

enjoy privileged surroundings. A stay in
Mallorca which surely will not forget.

Esporles is a lovely village with all
necessary services. Only 2km from
the farm may find the following
services: pharmacy, medical center,
supermarkets, restaurants, bars.

Beaches and villages
At a distance of between 6 and 10
km from the house will find the
beaches, coves and authentic villages
of Majorca, the Costa Nort: Port
Des Canonge, Port de Valldemossa
or Cala Deya, and the picturesque
villages of Estellencs, Banyalbufar,
Valldemossa, Deya or Soller.

· Homemade food cooked to bring Tot
Casola: varied food, there is a menu to
order your delivery. A useful solution for
those who want to eat at the farm but do not
want to cooking.
Hiking and Walking
* You can go trekking in the mountains
area of Esporles.
· In the estate, with 6 acres of land, you can
enjoy beautiful walks. Also can walk around
“Son Cabaspre” an ancient possession
about 20 minutes hiking and near a large
garden which are open access which can
picnic and relaxing has a special energy and
connection with nature.

20. · To go with the children in the village,
about 3 km, we find the Son Tries
Recreational Park. Also, from here you
can do the tour of “Sa Font”, about 30
minutes from the park.
· For those wishing to do some exercise,
have the same Esporles some special
routes throughout the island highlight
the “Cami Des Correu” which comes
to the pretty village of Banyalbufar or
excursion S’Ermita Esporles (Maristela).

· Movies: The nearest cinemas are in
Ocimax Complex, about 15 km from
the farm (20 minutes by car). Apart
from the billboard located in the same
place several restaurants.
· Other places in Palma and
surroundings:
· Tahini, a Japanese restaurant with a
charming terrace. Located in Puerto
Portals (about 25 km).
· In the heart of Palma, find the route
Marti, antique shops with tradition,
reinvented in bars, and this curious
mixture of business-bar. A very
fashionable and highly recommended.

From the Airport to Esporles to “Na Servera”
1. From the airport take the road towards Andratx.
2. Then take exit for “Valldemossa, University”.
3. After the university at the roundabout turn towards
s’Esgleieta, Esporles.
4. From Esporles: follow the main street (Joan Riutort)
until near the end of the village, at the level of the Church.
Here turn right following the indication of the signal “Son
Cabaspre” (in green color). Go straight along this street
(Carrer Nou de San Pere), arrive at a small square we will
leave to the left, again following indicators “Son Cabaspre”.
Reach a bridge that is on the right and to be crossed. We get
back to the right past the bridge and continue straight to the
farm (Finca Na Servera), which is on the right at a distance of
just over 2.3 km from the Church.
