It is my pleasure to recommend Margherita Bandini for employment with your organization. I
have known Margherita for the greater part of this year during which time she worked as an
English teacher for the UIMP English Immersion Program. This is a government-sponsored
program through which Spanish University students are given a grant that allows them to attend
a one-week, fourty-hour course that focuses on improving their oral English skills through
active, fluency-based teaching.
I have been consistently impressed with Margherita's attitude and productivity during the time
that she has worked on this program. Margherita is both very bright and quite motivated, and I
am confident that she will devote herself to a position with your organization with a high degree
of diligence. She is a quick learner and has shown the ability to teach the English language to
very different groups of students, always encouraging them to obtain the best results. Margherita
has also been very effective in articulating information and ideas in both the verbal and written
forms.
I can therefore easily recommend Margherita for the opportunity that you have available. I am
sure she is well-suited to the challenges it provides. She is a very talented young person, and
