- State your purpose; identify the position

- Do some research about the employer or organization.
Third Paragraph “Your Skills”
- Tell the employer why you are a strong candidate for this position.
- Use the job description to assist you; Tailor it to the job.
Fourth Paragraph “The Closing”
- Express your interest in connecting with the employer
- State how you wish to be contacted and thank afterwards
