FINDINGS  From my survey, I could come to know that there is awareness of Online Banking to the customer of SBI in Bhavnagar.  More then 50% customers of BANKS using Online Banking with internet.  Educated people who are most of used Online Banking.  Online Banking is very easy, very fast, also completed work with Online Banking  Online Banking is not a difficult to understand & in modern world it is compulsory.  Most of people having knowledge of Online Banking but they do not use because of unknown the procedure.  More then 50% people like to desire of Online vaghela_manisha13@yahoo.com 29 Banking concept & procedure. The knowledge regarding how to do the online banking and basic computer operating knowledge is necessary but some people do not know about internet banking. So some people go with transaction of traditional way.
