2.  Online Noticeboard can help any organization
to publish their notices over Internet at real
time.
 It will not only show notices but Publishers
can also request for consent from readers on
if they have read the notice or not.
 Admin portal helps the owners/stakeholders
to manager who can do what in Noticeboard.

3.  Notices have become huge deal for every
organization to deal with.
 Every owner of Notice wants that audience should
read their notice carefully and at the earliest.
 But, there are no ways to track it.
 Hence, Online Noticeboard does not only help you
in announcing the notices but it also helps in
tracking it from start till end.

4. A. A user signs up with Portal.
B. He/She gets a Super Admin Portal.
C. Super Admin will enter all information about organization
and setup all access configuration.
D. A unique weblink of noticeboard will be generated for
audience.
E. Audience can sign up to the dedicated noticeboard and
then read all notices published at real time.
F. Admin can run report at the back end to see which
audience has read what all notices and at what time.

5. Admin Audience
 3 Types of Admin Users – Super
Admin,Admin,Publisher.
 Super Admin controls the complete
portal.
 Admin can only control
adding/removing Publishers/Audience.
 Publishers can only publish notices and
run reports of consent.
 Publishers can set Reminders for
notices
 All published notices at one place.
 Differentiate between read an
unread notices.
 Ask queries on the notice from
publisher.
 Share notice with other users.
