Preparation of Salary disbursement sheet (Salary Sheet with Bank/Cheque sheet) and forwarding the
same to Accounts Department for the purpose of updating the salary in the accounting ledgers and
sheets getting signed for the salary imbursement.
Responsible for processing monthly Salary Reimbursement part and forwarding the same to Accounts
Department for the purpose of updating the Reimbursement salary in the Accounting ledgers and getting
the payments signed.
Distribution of Salary cheques and Salary Slips every month to the respective Unit Managers/employees.
2. Getting the monthly salary reconciliation done with attendance sheets and the calculation of statutory
dues & other dues before sending it to accounts team for disbursement (error free salary).
Monitoring and getting the daily, weekly and monthly overtime sheets reconciled and processing the
same for payments for all the employees at plant.
Handling quarries regarding salaries, Service Charge, overtime and reimbursement of the employees.
Taking care of time office machine for calculation of attendance.
Monitoring the cash disbursement of employees for Plant workers.
Performance Management
Facilitating PMS process with Individual Balance Score Card by brining an alignment with Organization
Objectives.
Organizing workshops and attending individual employees in Balance Score Card Exercise to make SMART

Preparation and timely submission of PF/ESIC/LWF/P Tax Challans online. and distribution of PF Slips.
Monitoring PF, ESI, LWF remittance, filing etc.
Preparation and keeping track record of Salary (Wages) registers Leave, Attendance registers, PF
Eligibility Register, Bonus Register and other compliance register according to PF, ESI.
Proper maintenance of statutory registers like- Attendance, salary, Bonus, OT and other related registers.
Responsible for processing/calculating bonus for the employees as per bonus act.
Responsible for coordinating with account department - Leave & gratuity.
Grievance handling and following up with the respective manager for the resolution.

Hiring different Contractual manpower through outside agencies for execution of different jobs.

Preparing daily/weekly/monthly overtime report & overseeing the production in case of increase in OT.
Full and Final Settlements
Taking care of "No Due" Certificates.
Calculation of gratuity, Bonus, Earned leaves, other earnings and deductions if any.
Arrange to issue cheques for exit employees.
