Talent Acquisition 
 Manpower Requirement: Organizing & Planning of Manpower approvals for multiple job profile 
 Develop and implement sourcing strategies and hiring plans within defined time frames to meet the 
recruitment needs 
 Sourcing the right applicant through various channels - Internal Job Postings, Employee referrals, 
applicant referrals, Job portals, Head-hunting & through Consultants 
 Validating in order to judge the candidate's suitability, Attitude, Academic & Professional qualification, 
experience, communication skills etc before forwarding to the Business Team 
 Participating in periodic review meetings with the team to discuss the status and plan strategies 
 Providing weekly reports on the recruitment status to the top manageme nt 
 Provide great candidate experience by effectively interacting with them and updating them status in the 
shortest possible time 
 Handled Walk-INS & Scheduled Interviews 
 Create and present offer recommendations to hiring managers, extend offers, and manage offer 
negotiations to all internal and external candidates 
 Collecting documents required for the Background Check / Offer Release. 
 Continuous follow up with the candidate till the Date of Joining 
 Designing and updating induction program. 
 Compilation of Job Descriptions of all employees for records. 
Training & Development 
 Designed and implemented Training and Development system for all level. 
 Training Need Identification through different tolls like TNI form, Multi-skilling Results, Development plan. 
 Compilation, Segmentation and Preparation of Annual Training Plan (Calendar) integrated with Internal & 
External Training Programmes. 
 Finalizing participation and Organizing Training Programme. 
 Determining Training Effectiveness through Immediate Training Feedback Mechanism and Analysis of 
response of remedification. 
Payroll Processing 
 Up gradation of employees personal database and professional summary in Excel. 
 Administering Payroll: ensuring the accuracy of preliminary and final payroll. 
 Prepare & design salary structures as per the minimum wages. 
 Preparation of Salary disbursement sheet (Salary Sheet with Bank/Cheque sheet) and forwarding the 
same to Accounts Department for the purpose of updating the salary in the accounting ledgers and 
sheets getting signed for the salary imbursement. 
 Responsible for processing monthly Salary Reimbursement part and forwarding the same to Accounts 
Department for the purpose of updating the Reimbursement salary in the Accounting ledgers and getting 
the payments signed. 
 Distribution of Salary cheques and Salary Slips every month to the respective Unit Managers/employees.
 Getting the monthly salary reconciliation done with attendance sheets and the calculation of statutory 
dues & other dues before sending it to accounts team for disbursement (error free salary). 
 Monitoring and getting the daily, weekly and monthly overtime sheets reconciled and processing the 
same for payments for all the employees at plant. 
 Handling quarries regarding salaries, Service Charge, overtime and reimbursement of the employees. 
 Taking care of time office machine for calculation of attendance. 
 Monitoring the cash disbursement of employees for Plant workers. 
Performance Management 
 Facilitating PMS process with Individual Balance Score Card by brining an alignment with Organization 
Objectives. 
 Organizing workshops and attending individual employees in Balance Score Card Exercise to make SMART 
goals. 
 Distributing performance appraisal form and creating in to PeopleSoft. 
 Compilation of Goal Setting & Appraisal forms. 
Organization Development 
 Played Role of Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, SCORE and SEDEX Practices. 
 Coordinated Studies including Manpower, Contractor’s Satisfaction Survey, Canteen Satisfaction Survey 
 Facilitating OHS (Organization Health Survey), Employee Engagement Survey and employee Delight 
Survey and related communication. 
 Preparation of Function wise Job Description. 
 Responsible for Implementation & smooth functioning of Staff Mediclaim Policy, GPA Policy & Group Life 
Insurance Policy and loan disbursement. 
 Promoting “STAR” Referral system so employees can earn monitory rewards as well as we can reduce our 
dependence on consultants. 
Staff Welfare & Employee Engagements 
 Employee of the quarter & Employee of the year, Incentive Scheme, Staff picnic, Ganesh Chathurthi, and 
Employee Insurance (MEDICLAIM+GPA). Annual Performance Appraisal's for employees online. 
Employee Relations 
 Prepare HR Policy documentation and implementation, Inter - communication with other staff member on 
regular basis and understanding their needs and trying to make their function smooth. Inter department 
Flexibility. 
Statutory Compliances 
 Preparation and timely submission of PF/ESIC/LWF/P Tax Challans online. and distribution of PF Slips. 
 Monitoring PF, ESI, LWF remittance, filing etc. 
 Preparation and keeping track record of Salary (Wages) registers Leave, Attendance registers, PF 
Eligibility Register, Bonus Register and other compliance register according to PF, ESI. 
 Proper maintenance of statutory registers like- Attendance, salary, Bonus, OT and other related registers. 
 Responsible for processing/calculating bonus for the employees as per bonus act. 
 Responsible for coordinating with account department - Leave & gratuity. 
 Grievance handling and following up with the respective manager for the resolution. 
 Bridging the professional relations with PF, ESI and other related inspectors. 
Contractual Management 
 Hiring different Contractual manpower through outside agencies for execution of different jobs. 
 Ensuring all legal & statutory compliance both on the part of Principal Employers as well as from
Contractor agency. 
 Ensure timely availability of contractual Manpower as and when required. . 
MIS Reports & Analysis 
 Keeping track of monthly Hiring/Joining & left employees report and preparing attrition report. 
 Preparing monthly CTC disbursement report and sharing the same with management. 
 Preparing the monthly/quarterly salary comparison reports and extracting the exact reason of increase or 
decrease in salary. 
 Preparing daily/weekly/monthly overtime report & overseeing the production in case of increase in OT. 
Full and Final Settlements 
 Taking care of "No Due" Certificates. 
 Calculation of gratuity, Bonus, Earned leaves, other earnings and deductions if any. 
 Arrange to issue cheques for exit employees. 
Administration 
 Doing all administrative activity of company. Like Housekeeping; Cab Management & Transport; Hotel 
Booking, Plant development activity. Organize Company functions quarterly & annually. 
 Taking Care of Company Vehicles and its statutory requirements.
