Project Abstract Smart Environment (SE) is a tool that integrates existing business
applications to develop a unified Customer Care solution and simplify
business process execution by completing the end to end process on a single
trigger. SE is deployed on virtual machines and entire process is initiates by
Control Tower and the report of completed processes is displayed to agent on
Control tower.
Role and
Responsibility ● Travelled to Chennai and lead a team of 3 to deploy solution before
demo and UAT.

maintaining, supporting and developing new functionalities in all projects
under AssistEdge. The application automates various web based, thick client

single Sign On functionality.
