Loyalty programmes
A Loyalty Programme proposition is one of - if not the most -
powerful proposition in a retail marketing mix, and delivers
substantial additional sales and profit to retailers’.
The average increase of 3-7% in total turnover over the programme
period reaches a peak at the end of the programme, when
customers visit en masse to redeem their rewards. The turnover
increase is driven mainly by an increased spend from existing
customers, especially primary customers.
Loyalty Programmes are designed to generate immediate changes
in consumer behaviour. It is a retail promotion whereby customers
collect stamps. The number of stamps distributed depends on
the amount spent. When a certain number of stamps is collected,
rewards can be redeemed.
Our rewards focus around food and family, creating a uniquely

and better connected - leading to a more enjoyable shopping

As well as leading to a peak in turnover, a Loyalty Programme can
