  11. 11. Warping: Parallel winding of warp ends from many winding packages (cone, cheese) on to a common package (warp beam). We saw two types of warping in Noman Weaving Mills Ltd Warping Direct Warping Sectional Warping Machine Specification Machine Name: Benninger Origin : Switzerland Creel Capacity: 576
  12. 12. Direct Warping • Used for making same color fabric • Yarn is wound parallel on the warping beam Sectional Warping • Used for making fancy pattern fabric • Greater amount of colored yarn is used Machine Specification Machine Name: Benninger Origin : Switzerland Creel Capacity: 576 Machine :Benninger Origin :Switzerland Creel capacity :1224 Machine Specification
  13. 13. Sizing:  Process of applying adhesive coating .  After completing warping sizing is applied.  Most important process to achieve optimum weaving.  proficiency specially for filament and blended yarns.  Called the heart of weaving.  Also gives a protectivecoating on yarn surface.
