May 2016-Aug 2016 R&D Lab Tech Intern, Sunstar Engineering Americas
Intern for the New Technology Group led by Dr. Gregory Carroll. Prepared
samples to be cured under LED and Hg lamps. Gathered and recorded data after
performing various quality tests. The aim of the research is to develop a low cost
replacement for die cut Buzz, Squeak, and Rattle pads.
May 2015-Present Research Assistant under Dr. Vladimir Benin, University of Dayton
Conducted organic chemistry research, which aims to develop successful Diels-
Alder reactions to lead to the generation of new heterocyclic structures with
phosphorus-based functionalities for reactive flame-retardants.
