Streamline attendance and other time discipline areas

Generate MIS reports on Attrition, Salary Budgets, etc
Identify possible attrition cases with Operations Managers and making action plan to control
attrition.
4. Labour Law:
Maintain labour records as per the statutory compliance
Prepare salary statements, salary certificates of the employees, issue of pay slips, processing of
statutory requirements like PF, ESIC, PT, etc., and executing the same
5. Training:
Generate policies and procedures for continuous identification of training needs of the both
workmen and the staff.
Evolve training topics according to the organization requirements
Prepare training calendar for the organization and conduct training in various languages such as
English, Hindi, Kannada and Telugu.
Organize appropriate training programmes each year by engaging suitable faculty from outside.
Follow up on all training activities and make suggestions for deployment to enhance utility of the
human resource of the organization.
6. Welfare:
Evolve organization’s policy on welfare of the employees at all levels
Device welfare schemes to facilitate betterment of difficulties of the employees in non-work
situations and help their family members in comprehensive development
Emphasize adult literacy, education, self-reliance, health and hygiene awareness, income
generation, vocational training and such other schemes as are most applicable

Coordinating with HR Managers/GM/VP for HR related issues
