OTTO (OPERATION FOR TECHNICIANS AND TICKETING SYSTEM) . Its a service
assurance domain desktop application used by technicians to gather performance related
data for the network element and Create ticket if there is issue.
The ticket was created in an inventory system called WFA (work force admin)

NCMS (Network Change Management System) allow the user to improve the network
infrastructure arising at the request of the customers, vendors and other sources or due to a
repair call received by the network repair center. The Network Services organization would
need to implement such a task (improvement, upgrade, etc.) by following due process to
assure the intended change is least intrusive. After the service NCMS send th notification to
intended user.
NTMS( Network test management system ) This was developed to test the network
performance through intrusive & non-intrusive test. We used SOAPUI & BUSTESTER Tool
