Married couples seeking annulment were assessed for predictors of psychological incapacity and domestic violence. Personality disorders like narcissistic rage, borderline personality disorder, and antisocial personality disorder were measured using Millon's test. Premarital, marital, and separation variables along with psychological variables were examined to determine if they were indicative of psychological incapacity or intimate partner violence according to Philippine law.
