All exhibits will be shipped to Staged Right, an event management
company familiar with the rules and regulations of the U.S. Capitol
Police. Staged Right will be responsible for ensuring inspection
of all exhibits. Detailed information will be included with your
confirmation letter.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event you find you will be unable to exhibit, please forward
written notification via e-mail to Allison Finder at afinder@mema.
org or via fax to (202) 737-3742 as soon as possible. Exhibitors
will not be granted a refund unless a replacement exhibitor is
found.
