• Leadership is about the ability to influence others
and improve them to perform certain actions
• Good leaders are visionary, innovative and inspire
people while building trust so people follow
them, even if risk is involved.

1.Personality High levels of extroversion (outgoing and sociable) and
conscientiousness (careful, dependable, and self-disciplined).
2.Self-Confidence Self-beliefs and positive self-evaluation about his or her own
leadership skills and ability to achieve objectives.
3.Drive The leader’s inner motivation to pursue goals.
4.Integrity Truthfulness and tendency to translate words into deeds.
