3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
VAT & TAX: All prices quoted above are excluding VAT & TAX
PAYMENT TERMS: 50% advanced payment is acceptable at the time of
signing work order and balance 50% payment will be paid after delivery of
hardware goods with successful completion of Total project.
Warranty & Service: 12 months fully comprehensive warranty of hardware and
Service warranty from the date of singing work order. No warranty will be
provide for burning Internal Circuits of equipment’s due to voltage fluctuation and
over voltage or physical damage.
Service Criteria for 12 Month:
• Service and Support team will be consists of Four 4 members
• Support Engineer will be available within 24 hours Inside of Dhaka and
Outside of Dhaka after getting called from your premises Support
Engineer will be available within 48 hours. Prompt support will be given
through Telephone/E-mail.
Delivery / Installation: Hardware 07 working days.
Training: Training will be provided by Unicode Technology after completion of
the Project.
