and deliverables and standardising these wherever possible to drive best practice

You'll have strong experience of running a global professional
services organisation for technology providers.
strong customer focus and high level of customer service
ethics is natural to you
You will have good knowledge of budgets and business
management and prior experience of managing a PL
Strong commercial acumen is natural to you as well as
good understanding of strategy and how to translate the
strategy into operational reality
You are an experienced people manager with excellent
influencing and negotiating skills
You have experience of Enterprise class software
implementation methodologies -ERP,CRM
the creation of a global professional Services strategy which
delivers a world class consulting organization able to support
and complement the business partners
creating a Professional Services operating model with a
standard set of process and metrics to ensure a smooth
global operation with global resourcing, financial planning and
operational practices.

defining the overall Professional Services plan and budget
working with the regional services VPs and provide a global
view of progress against the plan each month
innovation around Professional Services to ensure we are at
the forefront of best practices and any new product we bring
to market has superior consulting services to support its
adoption in the market.
