I am the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of a new small business hub, Ilizwe Start-ups Enterprise
Network (ISEN). ISEN is a franchise developing firm that focuses on promoting businesses and their
products and services as well as linking businesses with relevant partners, customers, service providers.
Background:
+- 75 Million young people in the world are unemployed. Millions of these people will take on
entrepreneurship and start their own jobs. Most of them will go through the difficult journey of
researching the market, finding the gap, coming up with an idea, developing their concept, seeking
funding, searching for customers and integrating themselves into the market. Enterprise development is
one of the most crucial aspects of a strong economy yet remains to be one of the most neglected. This
particular industry has been globally acknowledged as an essential facet of socio-economic development
of the millennial paradigm. Businesses to business services have emerged as a fast growing
phenomenon in the industry and there is still a huge gap for more players. Business networking has
been and continues to be a major component of enterprise development and partnership base of the
postmodern era.
Purpose:
 ISEN is a global enterprise solutions hub.
 ISEN allows for listing and subscribing of its clientele to market and trade their goods and
services for a specified fee.
 The Clientele that the company deals with ranges from Small Micro and Medium Enterprises
(SMME’s), start-ups, entrepreneurs, investors, large corporations, banks, institutions, brokers
and service providers.
Goals:
 ISEN or Start-ups Enterprise ultimately seeks to be the ultimate virtual market for trading and
doing business and it also suits those that are starting businesses.
 The world will never run out of businesses so long as people continue to have needs. Most
businesses if not all businesses started as start-ups and went through the journey that ISEN
stands to support businesses on.
 ISEN is the perfect market place for start-ups and existing business as it links all markets for
effective sustainable trading.
Listing
Business Networking models are usually very successful and can expand rapidly as the most successful
examples are active in over 170 countries through the franchising methodologies and opportunities.
Going global is the most efficient model for a business network. Listing business as part of the model is
one of the most successful forms of business advertising and making money for the company that offers
the listing service.
Motivation
We are currently in the process of developing the website and can only afford a basic version of the
platform. The costs of developing this platform are too high thus we need funding to develop it so that
we can start o run the business. The money we raise will be used to cover the cost of running and
maintaining this business. As this is still at its start up phase it will require a substantial amount of

money to set up all the necessary structures and software developments and marketing as well as
advertising.
The Asking
ISEN would like to invite you to join our network for an amount of $50, 000.
This amount will get the business set up as ISEN is still at its start-up phase raising its first round of
capital in a very competitive industry. Kindly support us and your company will be one of its first
customers as we set for great heights in the ever buzzing economic conditions in South Africa.
ISEN also welcomes partnerships for value added services for mutual benefits for our clients as well as
yours clients. Partnership can be very crucial in business in saving both time and money and sharing
resources.
Our strategic partners are established businesses offering business to business services that we will in
turn offer to businesses that pay for membership within our network. So both ISEN and our partners will
increase our revenue whilst offering our clients affordable services from one entity saving them time
and money. As part of this deal our partners will offer our clients a specified discount on their products
and services depending on the type of membership the customers take and our partners will have
exclusive rights in offering the service within their specific product or service range giving them a
competitive advantage.
Although ISEN is based in South Africa, we will be operating internationally through registered entities in
other countries. The first international office we are opening will be in the United States through the
assistance of Fundable a division of Startups Co, the company which entrusted in assisting us to raise
funds for this venture. Following that, we will partner with a networking company that has registered
entities in 52 countries and still growing to offer our services on at an international scale.
Currently I am in negotiations with a payroll company based in South Africa, an energy company based
in Netherland, and a corporate due Diligence Company based in the US. No contracts have been drafted
as of yet, ISEN has only been operational for a little over two months.
In return we offer our partners advertising opportunities in all events, activities our social media,
website, Facebook, Google plus, Twitter, all the sites we are listed in and use to advertise our business.
Furthermore we are in the process of applying for tax clearance and once that is complete we will offer
that as well. ISEN is also a 100% black owned company and we are also in the process of applying for our
BBBEE certificate.

calculated based on the US Dollar.
