Basic understanding of how to gain insight into life core issues causing unhealthy relationships, and unsatisfying life -gain insight, safe yourself from the chains of unconsciousness. Life is worth living, you are worth loving.
2. Three levels of insight necessary for
change to take place:
1. Knowing that you have a problem, and
awareness of some of the events that may
have caused the problem.
3. Level Two
2. Seeing clearly
that the irrational
ideas you acquired
early in life are
creating the
emotional climate
you live in now,
and that
consciously or
unconsciously you
work fairly hard to
perpetuate those
irrational ideas.
4. Level Three --3
Believing strongly that after
recognizing the validity of
these two prior insights, you
will still find no way to
eliminate the problem other
than working to change your
irrational ideas, steadily,
persistently, and vigorously.
5. In conclusion: without making a commitment
to this last insight, you will experience
difficulties altering your habitual emotional
response. Gain insight, change your patterns, life
is worth living –you are worth loving.
