Marco Cocuzza
FOUNDER, COORDINATOR, SERVICE
My journey in the catering industry began in Italy in 1985 where I
grew up and got my technical training. During my first job in Italy, I
got a unique chance to fabricate custom stainless great kitchen
furniture and large appliances to cruise ships and military vessels.
Since 1988 I have been working in Stockholm with the support of
large kitchen appliances and turnkey projects.
My feeling and passion for cooking and the Swedish / Italian
cuisine provides me with football a relaxing hobby.
Daniel Roos
FOUNDER, SERVICE / cooling technologies
I am responsible for the service business and has been working in
the branch for more than 20 years. I am a trained electrician and a
refrigeration technicians and continuously follow technical courses
related to the advanced machines. Therefore I feel safe and secure in
my profession. My goal is to give our customers the full confidence
and security with the services I perform.
My strength lies in my long experience that makes me like the most
severe challenges, which never will be too difficult for me to solve!
