• Operate and oversee duplicating machines by monitoring production and performing minor repairs to
ensure quality output; troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment; order and install replacement
parts as necessary.

• Provide technical expertise to other print shop staff on complex graphic and printing orders; train
