Planned and executed a strategic alignment program for Finance/Brazil to processes and
global system architecture at Citi. The monitoring and reporting processes, including
indicators, Panel structure of committees and risk and issues management, have been

Designed and implemented 38 operating model processes, involving more than 20 areas in
5 different countries, conducting meetings for alignment of activities, identification of
control points and service level agreements (SLAs). Created a panel of indicators for
