addressing the resolution of more than 140 points of improvement related to data quality
problems, with the areas of business, operations and finance. The work resulted in the
increase of the percentage of accounting reconciliation from 70% to 99% and 50%
management reconciliation to 86%. All project documentation and meetings held in English.
Project Manager, Apr/2014-Sep/2015
Planned and executed a strategic alignment program for Finance/Brazil to processes and
global system architecture at Citi. The monitoring and reporting processes, including
indicators, Panel structure of committees and risk and issues management, have been
adopted as best practices globally and replicated in United States, Mexico and Colombia.
Managed multidisciplinary teams located in Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, United States,

Change Manager, Jan/2013-Apr/2014
Designed and implemented 38 operating model processes, involving more than 20 areas in
5 different countries, conducting meetings for alignment of activities, identification of
control points and service level agreements (SLAs). Created a panel of indicators for
monitoring of new processes that enabled the creation of corrective actions until
achievement of ideal maturity level for deployment into production.
Defined change management methodology that was used in the implementation of new
processes and systems, decreasing the post-deployment problems.

and another, as some of the best Private Banking project.
Led the Banco ABN AMRO Real integration projects with the Banco Sudameris, reporting
directly to the President and the Vice-Presidents.
Managed projects of Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) at Banco
ABN AMRO Real, drawing maturity levels model for product, adopted as best practice by
